Thunderbird Motel - Bishop

Plenty of great options for meal. Comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room...

The location fit my travel plan, close to Mono lake.

New decoration is needed, everything in the room is so old and dirty. AC is too loud, cannot fall in sleep if it is turned on.

The hair dryer in my room is out of work.

Proximity to centre of town, but it's not a large town. Clean.

Management staff were not very friendly. An improvement in this alone would increase customer satisfaction. Facilities are very old and tired.

It was a really nice experience.

Less expensive then most in the city. Adequate room.

Difficult to reach staff in the morning.

I loved staying here after 4 nights of camping in the Sequoias. The room felt homey, nice furniture, sheets with patterns on them. I loved the neon signs, and how old fashioned yet well maintained the motel was.

Stayed there for trip and had a very nice experience, so I would stay there again. This hotel was best base for exploring Bishop, appreciated it. The staff were excellent, particularly good location near center of town. I had quick lunch at Mcdonald's, located close to the venue.

The Thunderbird notel met my expectations as a reasonably priced motel that served my purpose for a two night stay.

Nothing really. The motel is old but clean and the staff is very friendly.

I didn't like anything about Thubderbird Motel and I reported that to you. So you send me a survey that is weighted toward the positive andf I dopn't appreciate this waste of my time. The place is a dump and you should be more responsible about yor recommendations. You havce lost a customer in me. Tim LaVelle

Location in heart of town is nice, just far enough away from the highway to minimize traffic noise. Restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance A large K-mart is a short drive away at north end of Bishop. 1/2 hour drive, 5000 ft elevation gain away is world class wilderness, streams and lakes.

The a/c was slightly weak on a 105 degree day. Mini-fridge was not cold enough. More windows on 2nd story level units to maximize view would be a desirable addition.

My room was clean and modern. The staff was cute and helpful. Wi-Fi was reliable and strong throughout my visit. The location was central
